1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tazkiyahcenter.com or booking a session with Tazkiyah Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Our Services
Tazkiyah Center offers the following services, all conducted online via video or audio call:
- Marriage Coaching — Faith-informed guidance for couples and individuals navigating marital challenges
- Religious Consultations — Private Islamic guidance from a Certified Mufti
- OCD & Anxiety Treatment — Supportive care for Muslims experiencing OCD, anxiety, and related concerns, approached through both clinical and Islamic frameworks
All sessions require an advance booking. Services are provided by Mufti Ahmad Jafari, an Islamic Scholar, Certified Mufti, and Clinical Mental Health Graduate Student.
3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
Tazkiyah Center does not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911 in the US/Canada) or a crisis helpline immediately.
Our services are not a substitute for licensed psychiatric or medical care where such care is required.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Payments
- Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system.
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be made with reasonable advance notice as specified at the time of booking.
- Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking. Fees are subject to change with notice.
- Financial aid may be available for qualifying individuals. Please visit our Financial Aid page or contact us to inquire.
5. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared in sessions. However, confidentiality has limits required by law. We may be obligated to disclose information if:
- There is a risk of imminent harm to you or another person
- Disclosure is required by a court order or applicable law
6. Conduct
You agree to engage with our services respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to terminate a session or discontinue services to any individual who engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on tazkiyahcenter.com — including written content, graphics, videos, and design — is the property of Tazkiyah Center and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our coaching or consultation services. Results will vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and a range of factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazkiyah Center and Mufti Ahmad Jafari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
